Hello, I started trying to build packages for Fedora rawhide using various build environments (mock, obs-build, etc.), and I found an odd problem: some build environments (such as the openSUSE Build Service) cannot build to rawhide anymore since the python35 merge because both python3-devel and python3-libs provide libpython3.5m.so.1.0.
My understanding is that the -devel package does not generally provide versioned libraries when the -libs package does already.
