oh! sorry -- i was mis-remembering. you're correct that i previously recommended that the last element should be 1, and that's still correct. (although in practice greater values probably won't be much different). forget what i said in my previous mail -- if you think the acceleration is too slow with "xset m 7/4 1", then adjust it by changing the first parameter: "xset m 2 1", or "xset m 9/4 1", or "xset m 5/2 1". remember that that parameter is a fraction.
