It's completely different HW, just because it works on one I wouldn't necessarily expect it to work on the other. Ultimately there's a big change in the kernel from 2.6.35 to 3.3 and we're working to fix any regressions but it takes time. We're glad of the testing but ultimately if you need a perfectly stable platform I suggest you stick with 11.3 for the moment.
