I see there is a zsp file for 13.1.0, but I wasn't sure I could just
rename it to fs2.zip and have things work like they did for the
12.1.0 install.
I found out that the drive isn't getting mounted if it is plugged in before
starting to boot. If I replug the drive once I am at the OK (openfirmware)
prompt, then the drive gets mounted. I was able to do an update to 13.1.0.
