So I should get Milkymist sources, and examine JTAG code, then based
on this add OpenOCD target ?

As I said, everything I  will do with open source tools will be
contributed. This is my main goal, and this is why I am trying to
persuade the people over here to abandon closed source tools in the
favor of FOSS, but I have to prove that it works before ;).
