ISE 12.3 is out. I took me 'only' 3 hourse to fight with the
downloadmanager, firefox, konqueror and kde storing everything twice in
/var/tmp (with only 9 GByte size on my system) when downloading.
My S6 design does seem to synthesize like in 12.2, but maybe it has some
impact on milkymist.
