Just like every Linux distribution, Fedora/RHEL/CentOS releases feature
software packages written by others. We just want to get the tools used
in Milkymist (like the LM32 GCC toolchain, which can also benefit
users of the original Lattice Mico32 system) shipped with FEL so that:
* they are easier to set up
* they are more widely spread
* people browse what's available in FEL and discover "wow, this is a
  compiler/debugger/programmer for an open source SoC/CPU..."
