FEL stands for Free Electronic Lab, a set of applications which can be
used for EDA. It used to be called Fedora Electronic Lab, but it now
supports longer term support as it can also be installed on
RHEL/CentOS. Just take a look at http://chitlesh.fedoraproject.org/fel
(if not mistaken)
