Yanjun Luo, hey, good to see you! I think it's simply a mistake/mismatch somewhere in the process. We took a lot of risks with this board, and well, they work only in full-speed now - at least they work at all :-) (I don't know the practical difference yet, maybe Sebastien can compare?)

Unfortunately nobody but Sebastien has both boards (and even he has them only for a few days), so yes, either I send a new board to you, or we send one of the 3 earlier boards to Adam, or we just wait a few days, maybe Adam can track down the problem with the new board only.
