Hi Sebastien, I noticed that the most recent version of the MilkyMist hardware uses the Spartan-6 LX45 FPGA. Can you (or anyone on the list) help me, or point me to docs that indicate the performance of the LM32 architecture on the LX45. I am particularly interested in the number of LUTs and the processor speeds that can be achieved for the following example combinations. I am thinking of a multi-processor design including two CPU cores:

1. Master processor with Ethernet, serial interface and access to wishbone bus supporting Linux (or uCLinux). 2. Minimalist slave processor that supports Linux (or uCLinux) and can communicate with the master via the Wishbone bus.

Any info on typical sizes and performance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Andy
