Hi Sebasiten & Werner, Great catch on this problem, I'd prefer to use a soldering "short" blob on L19 for rc3.
http://downloads.qi-hardware.com/people/werner/m1/tmp/front.png this image is for rc3 but L19 is the same placement on rc2. The L19 is located at left side of U6 and U21 video decoder's upper side, you can find it easily. It's a 1206 package. Since the rc2 boards with a close 0.1 ohm resistance which is not the same as rc1 0.01 ohm. Thus this is the most same as rc1 bead on DC resistance as you shorted L19, but we don't actually knew if rc1 also have this intermittent loss problem. if when we use a 0ohm resistance, this would being to use a part number with +/- 1% tolerance as: Yageo RL1206FR-070R01L, 0.01 ohm 1%* * http://www.yageo.com/portal/product/productDocs.jsp?YageoPartNumber=RL1206FR-070R01L but I'll use a way of soldering "short" on L19 for rc3 instead. And rc4 with directly connected. Thanks, adam
