Pleeeaase, help us doing it :-) As soon as the rc3 dust settles
on Adam's side (I think in a few weeks), Adam will most actively
work on rc4, and we try to get as many improvements in there as
possible. We may even try to squeeze the change from vga to dvi-i
connector into rc4, although that would require us to make new
side panels.
LEDs for the ports are fine with me, they add little cost and if
someone doesn't like them you could simply keep them off.

I don't know how many FPGA pins we still have, if we also consider
some expensive new ideas like dvi-i, wider expansion ports, dual
head, touchpad, etc.

We should not add anything that Sebastien thinks damages the product.
