The equations (with 20% tolerances, none of them favouring us) thus become Q = 4.78*220*.8 V = Q/(220*.8+15*1.2) = 4.34 V Or, assuming the caps used only later don't get magically involved, V = Q/(220*.8+13*1.2) = 4.39 V That's still enough.
