Open issues:

Fader/pot sound good to me, especially if later there are associated symbols in the GUI.

Anyway, I think the new MIDI system is useful in its present state.
So if nobody objects, I'd merge it into the master branch

Ok, shall we add a release tag and push out new web updates immediately after that? This way people can immediately start playing with the Faderfox LV3 and other nice controllers, even if in a less than perfect way for now. And use the new FNP syntax.
