Perfect.

With the case closed ? And what was the room temperature ?

Yeah, depends a bit on what produces the ambient temperature.
E.g., other electronics in the neighbourhood could add some
heat, too. Luckily, the cable arrangement of M1 makes sure it
won't be completely surrounded by other devices.

I guess as long as nobody thinks of taking M1 to an open air
concert (40 C air temperature on a hot day, then maybe add
some direct sunlight, ...), we may be fine.

Boom with data from last October found these choices:

Pos Qty P/N Description Value
  1 100 P2.32KLCT-ND RES 2.32K OHM 1/10W 1% 0402 SMD USD 1.84
  2 100 RMCF0402FT2K32CT-ND RES TF 2.32K OHM 1% 1/16W 0402 USD 1.05
  3 100 RMCF0603FT2K32CT-ND RES TF 2.32K OHM 1% 0.1W 0603 USD 1.05

(I didn't find the Yageo RC0402FR-072K32L at Digi-Key.)
