I'm afraid it is still under development, though hopefully we'll have
some prelim stuff available in another month or so. We'll send a note
to the devel list when we have something (though it will likely be
rough for now).

I've talked to George Bosilca at ISC08 about the issue of choosing
the right settings for (as close as possible to) maximum OpenMPI
performance on a given cluster and his answer was 'we regularly
organize workshops' :-)
