yes, that's a pretty good value for a 20 MHz, 64 QAM-3/4 (54 Mb/s) link 
with DCF channel access (no EDCA, therefore without block 
acknowledgments, no frame aggregation).

Yes. These channels should be separated far enough to operate 
independent of each other.
