I've solved the problem changing the version of compat wireless. Now both devices have compat-wireless-2012-07-13 and there is not any problem in join them in the same mesh, so you are right saying that the problem was in the versions.
I did not know how to change the version, but I found that snaptshots with the last version installed: http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/ Thanks for the help!
