Carl,

I finally managed to get the data I needed.

Outlook now communicates with the other server once it receives the
redirect response buffer from my redirect mapiproxy module.

I can now work on extending the client behavior to libmapi, then improve
mapiproxy to handle this case and enables use of mapiproxy within
clustered Exchange environments.
