If a release is to be made, can I request that the following items be
considered please?

1. The patch in
http://mailman.openchange.org/pipermail/devel/2012-January/005433.html.

2. Item 3 noted here in
http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-commits&m=132295443031711&w=2. I've had a
followup chat with BradH, where he pointed out that this looked a bit
like issue 298. My subsequent analysis suggests that the resolution of
298 omitted this part of the logic. If a patch would help, I could
propose one.
