Sadly, there is nothing much to be done on OpenChange's side, because
librpc itself is not thread safe. There is attached a patch in track,
to change talloc allocations, which may or may not be sufficient, but
there are still issues with samba itself. I have filled bugs [1][2]
there. When they have it fixed, this can retested on OpenChange (and its
users).
