This one is completely unknown for me. I'm reading protocol specification but can't find simple and relevant info about all of this.
What folders are expected to exist in FAI folders table initially? Does Outlook create configuration messages in FAI folders only? I know I can handle these messages as BLOBS and do not care about their content, but I need to know the use-cases, relation to folders structure and the FAI folders hierarchy behaviour.
