I have this information right now. I also know FAI messages have
PidTagAssociated:true flag set. However, I still lack an answer to the
following question.

In other words, are FAI messages stored in NON-IPM subtree folders only
or in any folder in any subtree? Which REST API parts are used to handle
FAI messages, i.e. are all object types used (e.g. mails, calendars,
tasks, notes) or only one or maybe there's some undocumented API
"module"? Or it is just not implemented yet?
