Pairing... If these[1] are not step-by-step pairing instructions then i am the UK Queen. PAND and PANU are not related to pairing in no way. PAN is the way to setup networking over bluetooth. PANU means PAN User, i.e. an ordinary member of PAN network. It's explained in details in the howto linked from the wikipage.
