Hi Joe,

Still alive, but I reached a point of frustration last spring, especially
after my irc box wouldn't stay up. So instead of fighting the system, I
just went on doing my thing, mostly my spins and a couple bug reports.
Recently people been wondering if I was upset with anyone in the project,
which I am not. Just some of the practices within the project. I have a
life too, I can't sit at an irc window all day waiting for a ping. Messages
were getting lost and it was just too much. Sabayon can not grow, people
can not get work done watching IRC all day n night. People can't expect
instant gratification through IRC.

We need a policy in place for communication work flow, simple as that and
needs to be followed by all.

:)
