Installed dolphin and kwrite, kwrite working ok so far but have a couple problems with dolphin When selecting a non mounted partitions (left hand side of dolphin) the authentication password window does not appear and gives the appropriate error in the status bar If I open dolphin as root there is no problem when clicking on non mounted partitions
