Yes, but we want to have shortcut to "Connect to internet" option in the pulley menu. :) Shortcut to WLAN doesn't really help. It just skips one menu level.
"Connect to internet" should be definitely in the pulley menu on the lockscreen somewhere else quickly accessible.
