Oh yeah, I meant to write if cmds timing out is common and it is also 
common that if you just retry the IO it succeds then you do not want to 
return DID_BUS_BUSY for the timeout case. This will cause unnecessary 
multipath failovers/failbacks due to DID_BUS_BUSY being fastfail able 
when the fast fail transport bit is set.

I actually thought the 10 sec internal timeout was done so eventually 
(eventually == meaning someone meant to add code but did not get around 
to it yet) you could retry internally several times before the scsi cmd 
timer fires and that starts the scsi eh.
