Looks like you're trying to install ovirt-master-snapshot on el7.
It won't work.
Master is not supporting el7 anymore.
You can use 4.3 snapshot rpm at :
https://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/ovirt-release43-snapshot.rpm if
you need to stay on el7.
