Hi Fedor, ansible-runner-service-dev package is available from https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/ondramachacek/ansible-runner-service/ repos which is included in ovirt-master-release package, which includes all repositories necessary for oVirt development: https://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/ovirt-release-master.rpm
