Sorry, I'm not gonna pay for that. (Mostly because I don't think that paying
money makes anything more secure.) Either we'll find a sponsor (maybe HAW is
helping again?) or people with unsupported browser/OS combination has to
install the root certificate themselves: https://www.cacert.org/index.php?id=3
