Ahh.. so I am not the only one :))
One aspect of bugzilla and related tools that has not been mentioned is
the openness it creates. Asking to be subscribed to a mailing list (good
thing there is mailman now) is quite different from looking up a website -
which by the way can be indexed by google.
Also, I have not used bugzilla - with the exception of the few bug reports
I submitted to KDE and in those cases it was very efficient.
