Well, this is just a guess, but dmesg shows that register iomem resource
was, for some reason, printed later than two memory mapped resources.
I do not know whether this should be so, but it could be that XFree86
got confused and thinks this is the register aperture. Can I also see
/proc/pci ?
Did you change kernel versions in between ?
