A couple of days ago I commited Ivan's patch to use pc105 as the starting point for most keyboard types, and to make the XFree86 server default to pc105 instead of pc101. That should take care of this for most cases. pc104 used to be the default starting point, and the only difference between pc104 and pc105 is that the latter has the default definition for <LSGT>. If anyone is still finding this problem with the very latest CVS, and you're sure that you've installed the latest XKB files, please reply here with details.
