No. About 99% of the drivers don't have any xrender acceleration. I think
only the mga driver does. Although looking furthur the sis has some, but

It's disabled because it doesn't work as Render. SiS hardware only supports one alpha per operation (and not per pixel). I kept the code within "#if 0"s for possibly upcoming XAA transparency support.
