Those would include aewm (which I think had the same intention - a "pure" ICCCM
rendition), ratpoison (avoiding fat libraries and resembling screen's console
behavior), hackedbox (blackbox on a diet), oroboros (about 50k and themable
but no fancy parts), amaterus (gtk based otherwise source is tiny), and I
suppose twm but heck, that's getting downright featureful.
