most problems seem to stem from driving large dvi displays.  I think
that was the case with the other user and several people have had
problems driving 1600x1200 displays over DVI.  One thing you might try
is the DisplayPriority option in cvs.  another is try running the panel
at a lower refresh like say 56 Hz rather than 60.

BTW, how is 3D performance with the PCI card?  Several people have
reported very bad performance when using PCI.
