I have a PCI G450 (for PowerPC, no less) that has this configuration. Of course, I can't get it to work because there's no support for PCI domain != 0 on PPC64, and all the PCI slots in my box are in domain 1. :( Until I write domain probing support, I can't help you, but I can verify that the cards *do* exist. :)
