Can we stop using non-standard tabstop settings for the files in the dist?
An example is http://search.cpan.org/src/TIMB/Devel-NYTProf-2.05/HACKING where item 3) under TESTING looks really odd. I would even suggest we just remove all the "# vim:" lines from the sources.
