Please note you will also need to drop several patches from the F7 nedit, because it's intended to be linked against lesstif as the openmotif suppport was dropped a long time ago because of the legal reasons. Lesstif is not 100% compatible and some adjustments had to be done on the Fedora nedit's side what may break things if you try to link it again against openmotif.
