Log message:
        Force a terminating \n on macro file load time
        
        Macros entered into the macro menu dialog are always terminated with a
        newline to prevent syntax erros. Be so keen and do the same on macro
        file load time.
        
        Thank to Alexey Kuznetsov for reporting.
        
        Closes SF BUG#2038921
