True, this is the nature of distributed development.  Look in other
projects, you can't post patches for every base out there.  Look in
the patch tracker in sourceforge, should I provide for all combination
of these patches a version of my patches?

Anyway, It looks like you didn't look at the repo I pointed to,
because there are exactly these three patches in order and all three
should apply mostly without noise to the current cvs.

And yes, I had to merge all these patches by hand to get those 101
patches in this queue.
