I had updated the Win32 installer with the last binaries from Cygwin
(1.5.25-15 released Jun 14 2008 + patch till today).
Here the updated files used to produce the installer:

Here the NSIS script used to produce the installer:
http://users.libero.it/efa/dLoad/neditNSISscript.7z
Here the single file NSIS installer:
http://users.libero.it/efa/dLoad/nedit5.5win32setup.exe
It install in C:\%ProgramFiles%\Nedit
and create the subdirectory C:\%ProgramFiles%\Nedit\cygwin
to store all the needed dependencies but the X server.
