As it stands now, the patch on arabeyes' CVS still compiles with CUPS.org's SVN repository
I just finished compiling CUPS with the patch, and the previous problems still exist. i.e Arabic chars dont appear. Im not sure if this is a problem with the font (KacstQr.pfa) or with the .PS file.
Note that this is not a bidi/shaping issue (not yet) its a .PS or .PFA issue. any expertise on this would sure help.

The .PS file has the font embedded in it, but for easier inspection, I've provided the font here http://www.khalifa.ws/files/public/KacstQr.pfa
I made this font myself from KACST fonts or arabeyes fonts (dont really remember). The special thing about it, is that it contains the arabic U+0600 block and the presentation Form-B in the 256 chars available.
If any one with .PS or .PFA knowledge would take a look at those files and tell me whats wrong with either of them that would be great help :)
