What he refers to as vruwmiy sounds like a Latin/Roman transliteration scheme for the Arabic script. There are too many Latin transliteration schemes for Arabic out there currently. Since there are too many Latin transliteration schemes for Arabic out there, I do not think it would be wise to create yet another one. Some of these transliteration schemes out there are in fact very efficient in recording the intricacies of the Arabic text so I think it would be best to pick a good one and use that. I know Tom would have some things that he could share in this area. Any suggestions, Tom?
