Salam. I am trying to investigate why arabic fonts look "ugly" under GTK, let that be firefox or Gnome, here is an example below:
http://www.ojuba.org/wiki/lib/exe/fetch.php/thwab/thwab-2.2-bookinfo.png As you can see, the top bar, menu, icons and labels all look out of shape, whilst the centre of the application looks smooth and nice. Why can't we have the same effect "clear arabic font" under gnome and firefox? Regards. Wassalam.
