It appear like the problem was not in missing packages. The developer
told me to delete this file and it worked
mlterm/xwindow/x_imagelib_none.lo
that after I installed the packages you suggest and removed them again
to make sure.
Now I can see Arabic message in Synaptic terminal output. It was not
working previously.
