Still crashing with send/receive. Not related to RAIDZ, also happens with
single disk pool.
btw dmu_send.c, patch does not apply cleanly here:

- uint32_t size = P2ROUNDUP(drro->drr_bonuslen, 8);
+ uint32_t size = DRR_OBJECT_PAYLOAD_SIZE(drro);
