@avg-I I agree with your analysis and like the updated version of this, it's
far more understandable. Plus it is an _almost_ trivial change from the
current ZoL code which is nice. As for the `j++` yes @dweeezil caught that an
dropped it in zfsonlinux/zfs@b0cf0676. Thanks for catching it again.
This LGTM, but let's run it by @dweeezil and @nedbass too since they've worked
on ZoL fix.
