Yes, there are two areas which I'm aware of: 1. Activism for shareholder interests - i.e. looking after small shareholders (not necessarily ethics though): UK Shareholders' Association - http://www.uksa.org.uk/ 2. Activism to try and improve ethnical standards on Boards (parts of the Co-op Group do this, as they own shares in large companies due to the funds they manage).
